The dental background helps with that: this candidate understands what happens at the chair and can translate that into scheduling, processes and agreements. Additional training in mediation and communication, and a BHV (emergency response) certificate.

• Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day running of a dental practice
• Leading the team and ensuring smooth collaboration
• Managing scheduling and the care providers' schedules
• Optimising processes and procedures, and safeguarding the quality of patient care
• Communication with patients and external parties
• Coordination experience in healthcare with responsibility for more than a hundred staff members, a large client group and the budget
• Secretarial experience in a legal environment
