Denta partner programme.

Know a dental practice that badly needs people? Introduce them to us. If your introduction leads to a placement, you share in it — without having to recruit anything yourself.

10%

of the placement fee. If we successfully help a practice you introduced find someone, that share is yours.

How it works.

You introduce the practice

You know a practice that needs people — a dentist, a dental hygienist, an assistant. You fill in their details and say briefly what is going on. One condition: it has to be a warm introduction. The practice knows from you that we will be in touch and is expecting our call — that way we come in warm, instead of having to introduce ourselves. That is where the value of this programme sits.

We get in touch and confirm

We approach the practice and see whether we can do something for them. As soon as the introduction is valid, we confirm that to you — then it is on record that the referral came from you.

A placement follows

We recruit, put candidates forward and guide the process. The practice hires someone through us. You have nothing further to do.

You get paid

Once the probation period has been completed successfully, we transfer your share. One invoice or a short payment arrangement — clear and on time.

The ground rules.

Rule What it means Why
A valid introduction You pass us a practice that actually needs staff: name, contact details and a short note on what is going on. Just mentioning a name doesn’t count. That way we know it is a genuine, warm referral and we can get going with it straight away.
Confirmation within five working days We let you know within five working days whether the introduction is valid and whether the practice was not already known to us. You know where you stand quickly, rather than being left in the dark for weeks.
First referral counts If two people refer the same practice, whoever submitted a valid introduction first counts. One clear rule prevents argument afterwards.
The reward You get 10% of the placement fee, paid out once the probation period has been completed successfully. You share in the result, not in a promise. As soon as the practice pays us, we pay you.
Interim and secondment too If the introduction leads to an interim or secondment placement, a suitable reward applies, agreed with you in advance. Not every request is a permanent job; temporary work earns you something too.
Existing relationships don’t count Practices we are already talking to or working with fall outside the programme. You hear that at confirmation. We only pay for a referral that genuinely brings us something new.
Payment and GDPR We ask only for the details we need in order to pay you, and we share the practice’s details no further than necessary. Careful with other people’s data — you rightly expect that of us.

Frequently asked questions.

Who can take part?

Anyone with a network in dental care. Whether you work for a supplier, work as a locum, or know a lot of practices through your job or through others — if you know a practice that needs people, you can refer them. You don’t have to be a recruiter.

Can I refer a candidate instead of a practice?

This programme is about referring practices — clients with a staffing need. Know a strong candidate? Send them our way by all means, but the reward is tied to referred practices that lead to a placement.

When do I get paid?

Once the probation period has been completed successfully. If the new member of staff stays on after probation, we transfer your share. No advance on something that could still fall through: your share follows a placement that holds.

What if the placement falls through during probation?

If the employee leaves during probation, there is no completed placement and no payment follows. If we then find someone else for the same request who does get through probation, your introduction still counts.

What about interim or secondment?

Those count too. If your introduction leads to an interim or secondment placement rather than a permanent job, we agree a suitable reward in advance. We tell you honestly what to expect before you refer anyone.

Why a percentage of the fee and not a fixed amount?

Because one placement is more work and more value than another. A percentage scales fairly: on a larger assignment you earn more, on a smaller one it stays in proportion. That way we don’t have to invent an amount that is wrong half the time.

A personal reply, no auto-response.

By sending this you give Denta Staffing permission to contact you about this introduction. We use your details for that purpose only.
