Denta Staffing is the company of Olivier Verwerda — a recruiter who has worked both agency-side and client-side, and who now points that experience at a single sector: dental care.
Why dental only?
Eight years of recruitment teaches you above all what goes wrong: agencies firing off CVs instead of listening, account managers who have never seen the practice, candidates who hear nothing after three interviews. That can be done better — but only if you narrow your scope.
So Denta Staffing does one thing: help dental practices find the right people. No IT on the side, no finance, no “we do healthcare too”. Limit yourself to one field and you can visit every practice, speak to every candidate personally, and be honest about what the market does and doesn’t offer.
Honestly, too: we come from recruitment, not from the treatment room. What we bring is eight years of knowing how to match people and organisations properly — and the discipline to get to know a practice thoroughly before we start recruiting, preferably on site.

No account manager in between: you deal with the same person from intake to placement, and whoever calls gets the person doing the work.

You don’t get to know a practice from paper, or a candidate from a CV. We take the time first — preferably on site — and only put someone forward when it can genuinely fit.

We stay involved past the start date, with the practice and the candidate alike. And nobody is left hanging in silence: you always hear where you stand, even when it’s a no.

What makes Denta Staffing different from a general staffing agency?
We deliberately limit ourselves to one field — and that is exactly why we know it from the inside. You don’t get an account manager with a call script, but the specialist who has seen your practice and tells you honestly where you stand — including when that is a no. We only put a candidate forward once they have agreed to it themselves.
