How we handle your data — in plain language.

No tracking, no advertising cookies and no trade in your data. We keep only what we need to do our work: connecting dental professionals and practices. And most importantly: your CV and your details never go to a practice without your consent first.

What data we process

If you apply: your name, email address, phone number, your CV (optional), your message and the job you are responding to. These go straight into our recruitment system and we use them only to handle your application.

If you get in touch by email or phone: your name, contact details and what your question is about. Only so we can answer you.

As a candidate in our network: what we discuss together — your experience, your preferences and what you are looking for — so that we only call you when something genuinely fits.

As a practice or client: the details of your contacts and what we agree about the assignment.

At this stage we ask for no more than that. We have no need for health data — so please don’t put that in your CV or message either.

If you accept an offer

Your offer sits on its own page, which only opens with your personal link. When you accept, we record the moment and the name you enter — so it is later established that the acceptance came from you.

After that we ask for what your employer needs for your contract: your full legal name, address, date of birth and contact details. We pass those on and then remove them from the page.

We do not ask for your ID document or IBAN through that page. Those go by email straight to your employer, who is also legally responsible for checking them. We are on that email so nothing gets stuck, and we delete our copy once everything is in.

What we use it for

One main purpose: placing you in suitable work, or helping your practice find the right people. We do that on the basis of our legitimate interest — and yours: you are looking for work or for staff, and we make the introduction.

If you also want to stay in our candidate pool for future jobs, we only do that with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, and whether you give it has no bearing at all on your current application.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Every assessment is made by a person.

Who we share it with

Practices — we only put you forward after you have agreed to it. Without your consent we share nothing. What a practice then does with your data is their own responsibility.

Our suppliers process data on our behalf and on our instructions: Recruit with Atlas (our recruitment system), Cloudflare (the secure route your application arrives through, and cookieless visitor statistics), Web3Forms (the notification when a form comes in), Hostinger (hosting) and Google Workspace (our email). Some of them process data outside the EEA; adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply to that.

We never sell your data, to anyone.

Cookies

You won’t find tracking or advertising cookies here. That is also why you see no cookie banner. For statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, without tracking individual visitors.

How long we keep your data

  • If you respond to a job and no placement follows, we keep your application data until four weeks after the process closes.
  • If you consent to the candidate pool, we keep your data for two years. We never extend that silently.
  • If your application leads to a placement, we keep certain data longer, to the extent a legal obligation requires it.

If we approach you

Sometimes we approach people ourselves, for instance via LinkedIn, because we think a role suits them. In that case we have your details not from you but from public sources. We tell you so at first contact, and you can always ask us to delete your data.

Your rights

You may always ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted, restricted, object to it, or have it transferred. One email to olivier@dentastaffing.nl is enough — no forms, no waiting times. We respond within one month at the latest.

Unhappy with how we handle your data? Tell us first. If we can’t resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
