For a practice in the Noord-Holland region we are looking for implantologists on a self-employed basis. You work from 2 days per week, to be chosen from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The practice is expanding; there is room for several implantologists.
What you’ll be doing
Your day consists of intakes and implant placements. After an intake you explain the treatment plan to the patient, so that they go home with an appointment for the treatment. The practice schedules the intakes for you. The target is 8 implants per day; at the moment the average is around 6 to 7, with a number of colleagues reaching 12.
Scanning and placing the crowns is taken over by a colleague, so that you can carry on with implant placements. Implants and instruments are ready for you, you do not need to bring anything. If you normally work with a different implant system, you will be given an explanation of the practice’s system. Patients are on average between 45 and 55 years old.

- Assistance at the practice; if you prefer to work with your own assistant, that is open to discussion
- From 2 days per week, to be chosen from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Start date: as soon as possible
Education and experience
- BIG registration as a dentist
- Experience in placing implants independently; the title of implantologist is not required
What you bring
You speak fluent Dutch and explain the treatment in such a way that patients understand what it involves and what it costs. You are able to perform a sinus lift and bone augmentation.
Honestly: the target is 8 implants per day, while the average is currently around 6 to 7.
