Adapts to a practice’s way of working within a day and takes over ongoing treatment plans as they were agreed. Anything that should be done differently, they raise with the practice owner rather than changing it unilaterally.
Experience and skills
- General dentistry with extensive endodontic experience
- Quickly at home in different practice software
- Used to handovers and tidy record keeping
- Experience with emergencies that come in between a full schedule
- Own registration and insurance as a self-employed professional in place
