Graduated in July, after a long internship at a paediatric dental practice. Calm with anxious patients and quick on the uptake.
Learned during the internship how to prepare a child for treatment: explaining what is coming, showing the instruments and not rushing. Also saw how a practice runs, from sterilisation to reception. Asks questions when something isn’t clear and keeps track of what still needs to be learned. Takes feedback on board for next time.

What this candidate is looking for
A team that takes the time to train a newcomer properly, ideally with a dedicated mentor in the first few months. Learning to work with adult patients and general treatment as well is exactly the intention. Ideally a team where asking questions is normal and nobody expects a newcomer to be able to do everything already.
