A quiet family practice in Delft with a settled patient base is looking for a dentist for two to three days a week. A small team, long patient relationships and a schedule that isn’t crammed.
What you’ll be doing
General dentistry for patients who have been coming to the practice for years — often whole families, sometimes three generations in a row. Check-ups, restorative work and the guidance that goes with it.
The schedule is set up calmly with generous appointment times. That means no running between chairs and time to explain a treatment properly. You decide your own treatment plans; there is no commercial steer on what you propose.
Who this suits
This suits you if you want two or three fixed days in a practice where everybody knows everybody, and if you like following patients for years. If you want a large practice with plenty of specialisation, in-house referrals and the latest equipment, this is not your place.
What the practice offers
- Salary between € 5.000 and € 6.200 gross per month on a full-time basis, pro rata to your days, plus 8% holiday allowance
- Two to three fixed days a week, to be agreed

The practice has deliberately stayed small: two treatment rooms, a dedicated assistant each day and a reception that knows everyone by name. That means short lines and little discussion about who does what, but also that you think along about how the practice runs when that is needed.
Education and experience
BIG registration as a dentist. Beyond that, no hard requirements on years of experience — this is more about how you deal with people than about your CV.
What you bring
An affinity with the feel of a family practice: you make conversation, know names and are not in a hurry. Independence comes with it, because you are not surrounded by colleagues every day. Honestly: the practice still works partly on paper — digitisation is under way but not finished.
