A general practice in Rotterdam is looking for a dentist for three or four days a week. You work with a settled team of assistants and dental hygienists in a practice that is growing steadily.
What you’ll be doing
You do general dentistry: check-ups, fillings, endodontics, crown and bridge work and prosthodontics. Your schedule is filled with a mix of existing and new patients.
You work with two dental hygienists and a prevention assistant. They do the routine cleanings, so you have time for diagnosis and treatment.
Many patients speak another first language. The team has colleagues who speak Arabic, Turkish and English, and the practice offers an interpreter if you need one.

Education and experience
A dentist with BIG registration. You can run a schedule independently and have experience with general dentistry. Experience with endodontics or prosthodontics is a plus; a newly qualified dentist with good guidance is also welcome.

You explain calmly, also to patients who know little about dentistry. You are flexible and cope with a schedule that isn’t always predictable.
You enjoy working with a large team and you give dental hygienists and assistants room to do their work.
Honestly: the practice is growing fast and the schedule is sometimes unpredictable. A new patient takes more time than a familiar one.
