Practice manager.

A growing Amsterdam practice is looking for a practice manager to tighten up the team, the planning and the processes. The clinicians treat; you make sure everything around that runs.
What you’ll be doing
You lead the team: assistants, reception and support. You guard the rotas, keep cover working through sickness and leave, and are the point of contact for staff and suppliers.
Alongside that you pick up the processes currently left undone: purchasing, protocol compliance, scheduling routine check-ups and following up no-shows. You report directly to the practice owner and have a mandate to genuinely change things — not a manager on paper who has to ask permission for everything first.

Education and experience
Management experience is a requirement, preferably in healthcare or dental care. Knowledge of a dental practice is a big advantage, but someone from another healthcare setting who finds their feet quickly fits here too.
