For candidates.

We start with you: who are you, what do you want to learn, where do you want to do it, and what matters to you in a new employer or client? That is how we work towards your next career step together.

How we work

We don’t recruit anywhere without having been there ourselves. You get the real account of a practice — the atmosphere, the team, the pace, and the things that aren’t perfect — and we only call when something genuinely suits you. You set the pace; there is nothing wrong with just looking around.

Permanent, interim or secondment

All three. For permanent jobs we only recruit for practices where we would happily apply ourselves, and for locum and interim work we know the assignments you won’t find online anywhere. And if self-employment is no longer an option? Then secondment is the middle road: on our payroll, working in the practice.

How it works.

01

You send a message

A CV or a phone call is enough — we would rather have a conversation than a tidy form.

02

We talk through what you’re after

What would a new place have to beat? Atmosphere, pace, salary, travel time — it all counts.

03

We introduce you — only with your consent

Only practices that match what you asked for, and you hear where you stand after every interview.

By role.

Already know which direction you want to go? Each role has its own page explaining what the work involves, what you can realistically expect to earn, and what to ask in an interview. These pages are in Dutch.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I pay anything as a candidate?

No. Never. We are paid by practices, not by you.

Can my current employer see that I have registered?

No. We never share your name or CV without you saying yes to a specific practice first. So looking around is safe — even while you are still employed somewhere.

I’m not actively looking. Is a conversation still worthwhile?

Especially then. Tell us what a new place would have to beat, and we will only call when we have something that clears that bar — no spam, no weekly “just checking in”.

Will my CV simply be passed on?

Never. Your CV only goes to a practice after we have discussed that practice together and you have agreed. You stay in control of where your name ends up.

Permanent, self-employed or locum — do you help with all three?

Yes. For permanent jobs we only recruit for practices where we would happily apply ourselves. And for locum and interim work we know the assignments you won’t find online anywhere. Torn between permanent and self-employed? We will think it through with you honestly — including when the answer is that you are better off staying put.

What does secondment mean for me?

You join the Denta Staffing payroll and work at a practice. So you have a normal employment contract: a fixed salary, holiday allowance and sick pay, without having to deal with invoices, insurance and the tax authority yourself. Exactly what your contract says, we go through before you sign.

How does secondment work day to day?

You simply work in the practice, with their team, their schedule and their materials. The only difference is who employs you: that’s us. We handle the contract and the payroll, the practice directs the work. When an assignment ends, we look for the next one together — you don’t have to start searching again.

I don’t want a permanent job, but self-employment is no longer allowed. What then?

Then secondment is the middle road. The Dutch tax authority looks closely at self-employed people who are a fixed part of a rota, so many practices no longer dare to arrange it that way. With secondment you join our payroll and work at the practice: you keep the variety, the practice carries no risk, and neither do you.

How will I be prepared for an interview?

Before the interview you already know who will be sitting across from you, how the practice runs, how they work and why we think it suits you. No surprises when you walk in.

How do you handle my data?

We keep no more than we need in order to help you properly: your CV, your contact details and our interview notes. Everything is held securely in our recruitment system; without your consent nothing goes to a practice and we share it with no one. Would you rather not be on our books any more? Send one message and we will take care of it.

Ready for your next step?

Tell us what you’re after — permanent, self-employed, or just a conversation about what is possible. You always get a personal answer, and your CV goes nowhere without your consent.
